Missions:
Every Christian is a minister who has been given gifts, talents, and resources to be discovered, developed and deployed for service in the Church and world. Each is called to participate in the outreaching ministry of Jesus Christ. John Wesley described this quite simply: “Do all the good you can, in all the places you can, to all the people you can.”
Leland Community United Methodist Church is a very giving church, our mission work takes many forms. The congregation’s Missions Committee provides practical and or financial support to a number of organizations primarily from funds raised on Special Giving Sundays.
