Leland Community United Methodist Church is dedicated to growing in grace as we serve our neighbors. We are rooted in history by our 120 year tradition of service and shared commitment to love one other.
Leland Community United Methodist Church is a church with deep roots that go back to the churches founding. Throughout the years our focus has been on fostering a spiritual community with a commitment to support the nurture and care of our congregation and outreach to the community. Our congregation has grown and developed over the years along with our facilities.
Sunday school, nursery care, youth camps, bible study, church gatherings - we offer many ways to bring family into the church and make children active members of our community.
Leland Community United Methodist Church believes that serving the community and others in need throughout the world is a priority as we spread the love of Christ. We reach out to the congregation, community, and the world, in a number of ways.
Please visit our Missions and Outreach Page to see how we are engaged in serving the community and beyond. We invite you to join us in fellowship as we work to make a difference.

The Reverend Daniel Hofmann began serving the Leland Community United Methodist Church on July 1st, 2014. He is a graduate from Michigan State University and United Theological Seminary, and before being appointed to our church, Reverend Hofmann served four congregations across Ohio and West Michigan.
Daniel and his wife, Wava, have the wonderful privilege of three adult children and three grandchildren. They enjoy reading, hiking, and exploration of wild places, among other things.
